This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and what rights you have regarding it. It applies to the continuum.rs website, our social media profiles and our work with studio clients.

What data we collect

  • When you contact us — via Instagram or Facebook message, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, contact detail and the content of your message.
  • When you become a client — data needed to run your training: contact details, training goals, progress and measurement data that you enter yourself or that we record during our work.
  • When you visit the site — basic technical data logged by the server (IP address, browser type, time of visit) and website usage data collected by Google Analytics (see the "Cookies and analytics" section).

Why we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange an appointment.
  • To run your training and track progress.
  • To measure how effective our ads are, in aggregate form.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The continuum.rs website uses Google Analytics (a service provided by Google) to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, for how long and from which devices. This data is used solely in aggregate, statistical form and helps us improve the site.

For this purpose Google Analytics uses cookies (small files stored in your browser) and may record data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Google's Privacy Policy also applies to the handling of this data.

You can disable or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising on Meta platforms

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta provides us with aggregate reports on ad performance — number of impressions, clicks and conversations started. These reports do not contain data by which an individual person could be identified.

If you message us from an ad, we see the content of that message in the Meta business inbox, and Meta's privacy rules also apply to it.

How long we keep your data

Inquiries that do not turn into cooperation are kept for at most 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and for 24 months after it ends, so that we can continue working together if you return.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion. Simply email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new revision date appears at the top of the page.
